Validate your customer signup password with more strict rule

After enable app, system will validate customer password with the more strict rule as below.
- Password At least 8 characters with no space
- Password At least 1 upper case
- Password At least 1 lower case
- Password At least 1 number
- Password At least 1 special character (e.g.!#$^*)
