App introduction
Upon successful integration, the SHOPLINE system will record all customer orders generated through the link you provided on SHOPBACK. Following the completion of the checkout process by the customer, SHOPLINE will automatically transmit the order details to SHOPBACK. When the order’s cooling-off period ends, the final order amount will be reported back to SHOPBACK as the basis for cashback calculation.
Notes
1. If there are any order edits or order splits, SHOPBACK will calculate the cashback based on the final order amount provided after the cooling-off period ends (7 days after the order status changes to "Completed"). For detailed regulations, please refer to the contract terms you signed with SHOPLINE and ShopBack Co., Ltd.
2. Ensure that your SHOPLINE subscription plan and the currency used on your website are consistent to avoid errors in data transmission or cashback calculations. Please note that once set, these settings cannot be changed later.
3. SHOPLINE only assists in integrating your store with the SHOPBACK system. For any disputes related to cashback or fees involving consumers, please contact SHOPBACK for further assistance.
4. Purchasing and installing this app does not guarantee that your store will be published on the SHOPBACK platform. You must confirm the application for publication and other business terms with SHOPLINE and ShopBack.
